Mr. Adams holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Sciences, and also holds a postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Leicester, UK.  He is a fellow of the Institute of Information Management-Africa (FIIM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

He has over 18 years of experience from banking and insurance companies, including Cornerstone Insurance Plc and Standard Alliance Insurance Plc.

He was the Group Head of IT at Standard Alliance Insurance Plc before joining Royal Exchange.
